ADULT MALE PELVIS The Male Pelvis is the lower part of the human skeletal system in adult males. It forms a strong, basin-shaped structure that supports the upper body and protects important pelvic organs. The male pelvis is narrower and heavier than the female pelvis. The pelvic inlet is heart-shaped. The pelvic cavity is deep and narrow. The sub-pubic angle is smaller (usually less than 70°). The sacrum is longer and more curved.
